How do I order a pint? 

We open pre-sale for our pints on a monthly basis, typically within the first week of the month. Pints are available for local pickup on designated days, typically within the second or third week of the month. 

Where do we learn more about pre-sale? 

We partner with Hotplate for our monthly drops – pints tend to sell out quickly so we recommend signing up for text alerts for automated reminders. Additionally, we share information regularly on our Instagram. 

I placed an order but now I can’t pick it up, what do I do? 

It happens! You’ve got a few options:

  • We can move your pickup to one of the other scheduled pickup dates for the month

  • You can send a friend, an Uber Courier, or a TaskRabbit to pick up your order 

  • We can refund your order - we are only able to honor refund requests made more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled pickup

I missed my pickup – can you hold my pint? 

Unfortunately per our policy, we can not hold onto pints after the last scheduled pickup day of the month, and we are not able to issue refunds requested after the fact. Please do you best to ensure you’re availability when placing your order. 

What flavors do you have? 

Our monthly flavor changes…you guessed it, monthly! We favor seasonality, and take our inspiration from classic pastries and other nostalgic treats. To see a list of past flavors, click here. We will likely bring back fan favorites as time goes on, and hopefully over time make more flavors more readily available. 

Do you ship or offer delivery? 

At the moment, our pints are only available for local pickup in Brooklyn and Manhattan. We will deliver custom cakes, ice cream pies, and large orders (6+ pints) within the five boroughs for a fee. 

What are my options for a custom order? 

The pint’s the limit! We do ice cream cakes and ice cream pies, either in one of our Betty Jo’s flavors or fully bespoke. We’re available to cater private events, host scooping parties, and more. Reach out via our contact form and we’ll be in touch! We kindly request that custom order inquiries be submitted 1+ month in advance of your preferred date. 

Do you offer gluten, dairy, or nut-free options? 

We do not currently have any dairy free options available, but some of our monthly flavors are gluten and nut free. Please check with us prior to ordering if it is a concern for you. Our ice cream is manufactured in a shared space on shared equipment and there is always the possibility that our product has come into contact with allergens. Please use your best judgement when purchasing if this is a concern for you. If you would like to place a custom order for a gluten or nut free flavor, please reach out via the contact form!
