Pumpkin Pie

We pulled out the old school cookbooks for this one...then put them promptly away. Our take on pumpkin pie is spiced pumpkin ice cream loaded with Biscoff coffee crust, topped with plenty more crust crumble, and a dollop of fresh whipped cream. Now that's classic. 

Ingredients:

Heavy cream, milk, sugar, salt, pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, all spice, nutmeg, vanilla, egg yolks, corn starch, butter, Biscoff Cookie Crumble (Wheat Flour, Sugar, Vegetable Oils (Contains one or more of Soybean Oil, Sunflower Oil, Canola Oil, Palm Oil), Brown Sugar Syrup, Sodium Bicarbonate (Leavening), Soy Flour, Salt, Cinnamon.)
