Apple Cider Donut

Inspired by the ultimate fall sweet treat, our October flavor is Apple Cider Donut. Brown sugar cinnamon ice cream mixed with Gaby Scelzo's Apple Cider Donut Cake, topped with the cutest little mini donut you've ever seen, and a drizzle of apple cider caramel. 

Ingredients:

Heavy cream, milk, brown sugar, sugar, salt, cinnamon, egg yolks, corn starch, vanilla, enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), dark brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, apple cider, vegetable oil, unsweetened applesauce, butter
