A dessert menu staple gets the Betty Jo's treatment. Flourless chocolate cake is vanilla ice cream studded with flourless chocolate cake and swirled with tart raspberry jam. Topped with more raspberry and a perfect piece of cake. Not to mention, it's naturally gluten free :)
