It's January, and we have our first repeat pint making an appearance! We felt like Lemon Meringue Pie was such a fresh start to last year that we wanted to do it again, but even better.

This lemon ice cream is jam packed with pie crust bits, swirled and topped with lemon curd, and finished off with some torched meringue. It's sure to brighten these short days and get you through till spring!
